Not Tileable
I'll get the big thing out of the way it is not tileable for the most part without modifying most of the images. On every image there is a line of pixels that is colored in a way that makes it not tileable. Water is 100% not tileable without huge modification as the sides of the water are not straight edges. You can modify it, but as a out of the box solution this isn't good.
The art style is good and fits other assets this artist has, which is good. It is more enticing to want to get the other assets.
