In the 3rd sample screen shot you have a wall-mounted book shelf that has bottles, books, and a candle stick on it. i do not see the wall-mounted book shelf in the first screenshot that has a list of everything in this package. is the wall-mounted book shelf included in this package? are there anything in the screen shots that are not included in this package? please advise, before we buy this package, we'd like to know what is and is not included.
