If you need to directly use the sprites in your project, this is not ready. It's all inside a psd file in examples, non-empty non-ready components.

This is a great design for a UI, with all of the features easy to fiddle around with in Photoshop. It's not immediately evident how some of the things were created if you're trying to recreate the examples. In particular I ended up using one of the variants for the inventory slot things in my own project I was playing around with because I couldn't figure out how the normal non-selected one was created. Nonetheless, I otherwise found it easy to play around with and customize, and the photoshop source is well-organized and easy to follow. My only real criticism is that it could perhaps benefit from being split into a few different files for the different boxes - even with a pretty hefty PC, Photoshop got rather sluggish with the unified one. For the price, you're getting something better than many professionally-designed games, so one can't really complain.

Pros:
The number of UI elements you can exctract from this UI Kit is enormous. I got 2 buttons set (both in regular/hover/pressed/disabled states), at least 3 frames for group-panel / popup windows, 3-4 backgrounds, header, footer, status bar, inventory slot. I expect to extract arch, scroll bars, text editor, tabs, etc.

Color scheme is just perfect!

Cons:
This UI Kit contains exactly the same elements as you see on the preview. The PSD file is 146 Mb and it is the only source of high quality assets. You should find group, open it, toggle visibility and copy what you need to separate file. I had to convert some elements to Smart Objects. Otherwise I wasn't able to copy content.
