Hi there! I offer a nice set ( 1300+ TILES/SPRITES) of Sci-Fi for your project (near future, modernity +). The main focus is on buildings, floor complexes, rooms and underground floors with elevators and stairs of passages through hatches (doors, elevators and hatches with sprites for animation).
The set also includes a fog of the unknown, you can use it and get a setting with research and sudden moments. Catch up with someone, run away, search, explore, sneak in and out of, shoot, quest, horror, captured bases, adventure, maybe tycoon or something similar and much more that you can come up with.
Also, you can add roofs over buildings (watch the video), and can use universal shadows from the walls (I also used them in the video and screenshots), or without all this, to your taste and idea.
There are two-story servers (the lower one is darker, the upper one is lighter), you can also use this for options. Well, and much more, watch the screenshots, video, gifs, description.
I think this is a very good set for assembling various locations and creativity. And it will can be useful for your current or future projects in gamedev. Partially or entirely

On this asset, i am planning an add-on (a separate second set, compatible) that will include more street elements (boxes, barrels, pollution, garbage, landscape features, etc.) military and robotic security objects: caponiers, barriers, fortifications of various types, automatic turrets, cameras, shooting droids, traps, mines etc. Most for streets, but some for buildings.
There will be interesting assets and games.
