Animal Symphony – Crow was made possible thanks to the collaboration with the incredible team at Terra Natura.

This crow sound library includes a total of 24 high-quality audio files, with 8 recordings per microphone. The microphones used were a Sanken CO-100K and a Sennheiser MKH 8050, both connected to a Sound Devices MixPre-6 II, along with a Tascam Portacapture X8 for stereo recordings.

All recordings were captured just a few centimeters from the animal, ensuring maximum detail and frequency range. The audio was recorded at 192 kHz / 24-bit.

In this collection, you’ll find the iconic crow caw, with multiple variations and takes, following the approach of our animal sound libraries.

Each recording has been carefully edited to remove unwanted noise. Since the recordings were made indoors, virtually all reverberation has been eliminated, resulting in a clean and direct sound. Additionally, thanks to the use of ultrasonic microphones, even when pitching down the audio, the full richness across the frequency spectrum is preserved.
