Hello! My name is Carlos Rios. I specialize in making custom music for video games and a variety of other multimedia projects. The goal of my work is to add an extra layer of emotional depth to my client’s projects. I aim to say with music the things that words and visuals alone can’t say. In 2014 I graduated with a degree in Music Composition and Theory from the University of Texas where I was trained by renowned composers Dan Welcher, Donald Grantham, and Yevgeniy Sharlat. I currently teach music composition, production, guitar, bass, piano, and drums, at a local Boys and Girls Club branch to over 120 students. It is truly an honor and joy to use music as a tool to positively impact the lives of so many youths.
